How many of you were confused by the return of Alex tonight?
The name, anyway. Apparently, Alex Schraff was at the previous taping session, but was unable to play Alex Jacob because they have the same first name. The challenger could have gone by a pseudonym, but I can count a couple reasons he wouldn’t want to do that.
Were they to meet in the Tournament of Champions, something would have to give. Given these scores, though, that’s not going to happen.
