Jason was dominant today; even if he wagers everything and misses, he still can’t be caught. Some people call this a super-lock.
Kaberi also has second place locked up – just barely, but it will suffice.

Congrats to Jason, and to Kaberi and Jill as well – in fact, to all three of our competitors these past two weeks. This tournament was a lot of fun to watch and had some great games!

Not quite. If Jason wagers everything and misses he’ll have 20,800. Kaberi can reach 22,200.
No, Keith was right – you had Jason’s two totals switched (his first-day total of 22,601 is the one set in stone, which Kaberi can’t catch). It’s the second day’s score that is wagerable.
McGovern was from South Dakota, and Jennifer Giles did not have the last Teachers Tournament locked up. Maybe thinking of the most recent ToC? As soon as I looked at the numbers, I realized that the scenario was strategically the same, even if the numbers were different.
Congrats to Jason; he should be a force to contend with in the next ToC. Speaking of which, is it time for another simulation?
