Our returning champion had the weekend to brush up on wagering tactics. How will Monday go?
If there were any doubts Sarah could play, they disappeared tonight – her past wagering notwithstanding.

This one’s pretty straightforward.
Sarah can wager up to 2,200.
Jon should stand pat – if Blake doubles up, they’ll tie, and Jon will take the $2,000 second-place prize because he had the higher score heading into Final.
Blake might as well wager everything in case Jon wagers something.
And he did. For shame! You’re lucky, Jon.

I think it’s worth mentioning that while the returning champ had the weekend to brush up on wagering tactics, she didn’t know yet that there was anything wrong with her wagering tactics, and therefore did not. 😀
Monday’s game reflects my overall Jeopardy! wagering strategy: “Try to get a lock so that you don’t have to worry about wagering the wrong thing.” The difference is that this time, it worked!
