Between technical issues and low-scoring games, it’s been a rough week here.

To cap things off tonight, my cable box broke, so I’m watching on my iPad.

I liked what Kelly did at the beginning of Double Jeopardy! – with a low total to her name, she picked a category she really liked, and almost ran it. That boosted her into the lead.

All three Daily Doubles went against Jon, otherwise he might be in better position. All told, it’s an easy scenario to calculate.

Alexandra needs to wager just 1,001 to cover Kelly. Both Kelly and Jon should go for broke.

What actually happened

Tough break for Alexandra. She was thiiiiiis close to sealing the deal before Final – maybe she could have done it had we seen that penultimate clue – but Jon leapt from the precipice to claim the title.
