Almost Turkey Day, so I’m going with the brown theme today.![]()
Challenger Mike looked strong; only a late charge by Rani made it a game. Janel took a few too many stabs and it cost her.
Rani Peffer: 14,600
Mike Nickel: 20,200
Janel Stogdill: -1,800
We’ve got the potential for some shenanigans here.
Mike should wager at least 9,000.
Rani can wager up to 3,400 if she thinks Mike will wager properly and miss.
There is some “poker” that can be played here, although it’s ill-advised.
If Mike thinks Rani will wager small, he might wager small, too (2,200 or less), so as not to fall below her in any event.
And then again, if Rani thinks Mike might wager small, she could go big – and she might as well make it everything. More on this later – in today’s video.
Both players went “big”. No point in holding back that dollar, Rani; Mike’s not going to wager everything, and it could cost you if he wagers for the tie. We’ll see you in the TOC, though!
