Wagering practice – have you seen Part Four yet?
Today’s scenario features Dave Abbott, who won the 1999 Tournament of Champions. He’ll be in The Battle of the Decades.
This is from his second game. If you’ve seen Part Four of my tutorial, you’ll know pretty quickly what’s going on here. What should each player do?

- (1/9) Sarah’s got the Daily Double on the last clue of Double Jeopardy!. What does she do?

- (2/9) She’s only behind by 100, so almost any wager will allow her to take the lead if she’s right. But a wager of 1,600 will, if she’s wrong, put her in the “evenly-spaced scores” scenario.
