We English teachers call it “Strunk and White,” but I obviously still should have known it. I appreciate your comments about the interview portion. Alex’s comments at the beginning were oddly edited so that our responses did not make sense. Alex said that parents had an antagonistic attitude toward teachers, but that was changing, in his perception. I said that teachers, parents, administrators, and the community at large all need to partner together to make our educational system effective. That was edited down to an odd sound bite about parents and teachers only. It’s really too bad I missed that DD, although Jason still might have bet to cover me in FJ, and he actually knew the answer.
