Sarah, with a wager of 11,000, will take control of her own destiny.
Guy should cap his wager at 6,800.
Heather can wager up to 500 and beat Sarah on a double-miss.
Basic strategy – second vs. third
Guy can cover Heather with a 2,600 wager. He’ll also need to tap out at 6,300 so as not to fall below Heather’s zero wager.
Heather will need to get it right against Guy; therefore, she should wager everything (but at least 3,700 or 6,300).
Mind games
Sarah might wager 2,600 to cover that 6,800 wager out of Guy.
Guy, if he’s scared of this and confident in the category, might go for broke. Maybe he also considers 5,800 to stay above that 500 wager out of Heather (although I’m less concerned about this).

An interesting wagering situation for a change. I’d bet it all on the Beatles, too! In the write-up and the video, Guy’s bet is capped at 6800, but on the slide you’ve got it at 6300. Is that a typo?
I think that 6,300 is to additionally stay above a zero bet from Heather. In fact, that should probably be 5,800 in case Heather should bet that 500 to stay above Sarah’s MSBIW*.
*Stands for “minimum shutout bet if wrong” – I saw it on JBoard and is a quick way to refer to the point where the leader would fall to with the standard cover bet and a miss.
