Happy Thanksgiving! Will I be thankful for good wagering this evening?

Lucky for me, we’re not at much risk of a bad move here. I must say I did enjoy both of our challengers’ vocal styles, even if their slow paces left a lot of clues on the board.

Ricky

Hudson

Marie

Halvorsen-Ganepola

Rob

Russell

8,000 1,400 18,800

I do want to make one comment on strategy. With “less than a minute to play” called two clues prior and 17,200 (against Ricky’s 8,000), Rob went for a $1,600 clue. I might have stalled a bit then gone for the $400 entry to ensure Ricky stays locked out.

I definitely would have done that after nabbing the $1,600 clue and building an even bigger lead.

What actually happened
