It’s Matt Jackson’s 13th game, on the 13th day of month. Will that prove to be bad luck?
Arthur Chu also had his game numbers align with the current date: he lost in his twelfth game on March 12, 2014 after winning games 10 and 11 earlier that week.
Maybe tomorrow will prove problematic for Matt; he looked beatable until halfway through the second round, when he went on a tear and picked up both Daily Doubles.
