Why seven? It’s the favorite number of a popular Jeopardy! champion, because his birthday is January 7. Find out who!
It’s Cerulean! Happy birthday, champ – I hope your day was as good as Elliot’s.

HISTORICAL NICKNAMES
The fun (er, “fun”) is between Rebecca and Nathan.
Nathan has between 2/3 and 3/4 of Rebecca’s score, so both players can go either big or small. I prefer both go big. (If you’re unfamiliar with the math, check out my primer on break points.)

I’m back after a one day rest. Yesterday had only two people in Final Jeopardy.
In the last 10 games (counting tonight) in which we had three players in Final Jeopardy we have the following result: In 3 cases all three got it right = easy. 4 cases of 1 right + 3 cases of 2 right = 7 ok and 0 cases of 0 right = hard. So that’s a “final jeopardy degree of difficulty = just right” score of 70%.
I think Rebecca wagered too much
